The PHV Elementary School PTA is many things to many people. PTA is behind the highly-visible events like the Ice Cream Social, Family Night BINGO and the Carnival to other fund raising activities such as Candy Grams during Christmas time, box tops collection, scholastic book orders and Book Fair. These all are for the extremely valuable Patrick Henry Village Elementary School Enrichment Programs such as Scheduled Author performances, Learning A-Z License Renewal to support reading in the School, Spelling Bee, Math Olympiad, Odyssey of the Mind, and Reading Count Program.
PHES-PTA comprised totally of volunteers from the Heidelberg community, the PTA provides valuable support to the school for the sole purpose of enhancing the education of children.
It is people like you who make it all happen. If you think of something small that would be worthwhile for PHES, volunteer to do it. If you think of something big, volunteer to help. All ideas are welcomed, especially if they are accompanied by some time to help get the job done!
